Aunt Flo pays a visit to Sharon Marsh, bringing a gift for Stan: a fish. However, Stan is completely unnerved by the creature, especially when mysterious dead bodies start appearing. Convinced that Stan is behind the murders, Mrs. Marsh starts stashing the bodies away. Meanwhile, the boys stumble upon a shocking revelation at the "Indian Burial Ground Pet Store"—there are two Cartmans and a portal to a parallel universe.
