Kyle's cousin visits, and upon meeting him, Kyle is struck by how stereotypically Jewish he appears. This makes him anxious about Cartman's potential reaction to the encounter. At the same time, Mr. Garrison creates a new mode of transportation that demands riders to engage more than just their hands and legs for control.
