Episode Overview

Harmon Rabb receives a promotion and his inaugural task as Lt. Commander is to defend Captain 'CAG' Boone in a court-martial. While on a mission in Bosnia, one of their planes crashes due to a technical failure. As the crew parachutes to safety, a Serbian helicopter opens fire on them. In an effort to safeguard his team, CAG takes down the helicopter. However, the question arises: was CAG truly protecting his crew from enemy fire, or was he acting out of vengeance, breaching a cease-fire and potentially igniting a conflict? The story unfolds across various locations, including Bosnia, Naples, the USS Seahawk in the Adriatic Sea, and Washington D.C.
