Episode Overview

A civilian technical representative on a submarine takes command of an experimental torpedo right after it’s launched during a training exercise. He threatens to destroy a nearby cruise ship unless his ransom demands are met. Harm and Lieutenant Junior Grade Meg Austin rush to the submarine to avert disaster and bring the situation under control.
