Episode Overview
Harm, Mac, and Bud are tasked with conducting a routine background check on a Navy SEAL nominated for the Medal of Honor, but they stumble upon troubling information that raises doubts about his qualifications. Lt. Rivers is being recognized for heroically saving the undersecretary of state from terrorists. During their probe, Harm and Mac discover that Rivers, an African-American, is a tough and complex man dedicated to his country. However, his teammates depict him as a reckless individual who prioritizes his own glory over their safety, even leaving a comrade behind during a mission. In a surprising turn, Rivers agrees to share his story, but only if Harm can endure a grueling day of SEAL training, including the harsh tactics of "hostage interrogation."
