S04E12 Dungaree Justice
Episode Overview
Harm and Mac take on the case of three sailors accused of brutally assaulting a man they believe raped a shipmate. The alleged victim, Petty Officer Lopez, recounts to Mac how, after a night of drinking with the sailors, she was abandoned at a bar as part of an initiation ritual. When she woke up in her car the next day, she realized she had been raped. In retaliation, the sailors confronted the bar owner, whom they thought was responsible. However, as Harm and Mac delve deeper into the sailors' testimonies, a different narrative about that night starts to surface. The episode begins with Mac's Article 32 hearing for perjury (People vs. Mac), where she faces potential consequences. Ultimately acquitted due to Harm's skilled legal arguments, Mac avoids a court-martial but finds herself dealing with an Admiral's Mast, which could prove to be even more challenging.
