Episode Overview

Harm travels to Washington, D.C., to participate in a committee tasked with investigating a disturbing claim: that U.S. troops deployed sarin gas against their own citizens during the Gulf War. As he digs deeper, he discovers revelations so shocking that he realizes he needs a crucial witness, Sgt. Morrison, who was part of the operation but has been unaccounted for since then. At the same time, Mac is surprised by the sudden return of Christopher Ragle, a former love from her past, stirring up old feelings she thought were long gone.
