Episode Overview

Lt. Elizabeth "Skates" Hawkes, who previously served as Harm's RIO, faces intense scrutiny following a Tomcat crash landing on the USS Patrick Henry. Both the ship's captain and her commanding officer hold her solely responsible for the incident and push for her court-martial. Although Harm is initially excluded from the investigation due to his connection with Skates, he ultimately steps in to defend her during the court-martial. Utilizing all of his legal expertise, he fights to protect her military career and prove her innocence.
