Requesting assistance from Lt. Cmdr. Brumby, Admiral Chegwidden dispatches Harm and Bud to Australia to defend Kevin Lee, a U.S. Naval officer who reappears after being presumed "murdered" by an Australian sailor nearly 28 years ago. Lee claims he accidentally killed the sailor and, in a moment of panic, assumed the other man’s identity. Facing charges of desertion and murder, Lee's case will be tried in Australia, setting the stage for a showdown between Harm and Brumby. Tensions rise further when Mac arrives in Sydney, prompting Brumby to put her in a position where she must choose between him and Harm.
