Mac finds herself in the spotlight when she is assigned to lead the prosecution in JAG's inaugural televised court martial. As she gears up to present her case against a seemingly innocent young ensign accused of murdering her husband's teenage girlfriend, she is shocked to discover her opponent is Juanita Ressler, her former law professor. Ressler, a masterful trial attorney, knows how to manipulate the media and public opinion to benefit her client. Meanwhile, Harm heads out to sea to look into the suspicious death of a sailor on a carrier, initially ruled a suicide, but he uncovers evidence that suggests otherwise.
