Adm. Boone, the Carrier Air Group commander on the USS Seahawk, is put forward for the position of Sixth Fleet Commander. However, an anonymous tip surfaces, alleging that he was involved in the massacre of civilians during the Vietnam War. With only four days to look into these serious accusations, Harm and Mac dive into the investigation, facing the pressure of the ticking clock in this first part of a two-part story.
