Episode Overview

Following a break-in and a series of murders at a Naval Annex in Washington, D.C., Harm discovers that one of the victims was a close friend, who is now implicated in leaking information to the Chinese. Determined to exonerate his friend from the espionage allegations, Harm faces unexpected obstacles orchestrated by the intelligence community that hinder his investigation. Meanwhile, Renee arrives at JAG Headquarters with shocking revelations for Harm, while Mac remains focused on locating the young girl she had to leave behind in Indonesia.
