Episode Overview
Upon returning to Washington, DC, Harm is taken aback to find that Admiral Chegwidden has officially accepted his resignation. Meanwhile, a female petty officer, previously declared missing in action during Desert Storm, is found in Iraq, now married to a Bedouin sheik. Consequently, the Navy files desertion charges against her.
