Episode Overview

The Yorkshire veterinary practice keeps the partners on their toes, facing challenges from neglected animals and stingy farmers. Meanwhile, Tristan deals with some domestic issues when James and Helen pull a prank involving a "Welcome Home" card from an old female admirer. With love and alcohol complicating his life, Tristan soon finds himself in hot water with Siegfried. To help keep Tristan in check, Siegfried hires a new housekeeper, Mrs. Alton. However, when Tristan goes to finalize her employment, he’s thrilled to find out that the attractive young widow is not the Mrs. Alton Siegfried intended.
