Episode Overview

Kim is feeling down, so Liva and Casper offer to help her get what she desires. Her wish is to see the clown Polle Pot, whom she last encountered at her 9th birthday. Liva successfully tracks down Polle Pot, much to Casper's dismay, as he secretly fears clowns but is too afraid to confess this to Liva. Meanwhile, Robert is busy organizing a surprise party for Kim, all while under Buckingham's supervision.
