Janine's past comes back to haunt her when Blue, her ex-drug dealer, insists she pay the debt she owes him, threatening violence against her family if she doesn’t comply. In the meantime, Malik faces a new tormentor at school who begins to bully him. Desperate for a solution, he discovers Curtis' gun hidden in the closet and starts to think it might be the key to dealing with his troubles.
