UFO (1970)

Episode Overview

Following the death of a pilot due to the Moonbase team's failure to provide crucial course change details, all personnel are summoned back to Earth for an inquiry. Meanwhile, a UFO crashes in northern Canada, prompting the team to be dispatched to locate the wreckage. Gay Ellis is tasked with managing the logistics of the mobile units approaching the site of the UFO.
