Charlie vanishes without a trace, prompting Bert and Hannah to frantically search for him. Meanwhile, Charlie is coolly facing off against Rivera, Lippman, and Min-su from the ALA. He presents them with an ultimatum, and it appears they might reach a peaceful resolution. However, just as tensions ease, Rivera takes an unexpected and drastic action, throwing everything into chaos.
