Arnold thinks keeping an eye on the school bully's girlfriend, Ramona, will be an easy job. However, his signature Jackson "charm" complicates things when Ramona develops feelings for him. Meanwhile, Herman, the bully, isn’t pleased with the situation and is ready to take action against Arnold for stealing his girl.
