Title: Into the Storm: Surfing to Survive Plot: Jhonny Guerrero, a teenager hailing from one of Peru's roughest neighborhoods, discovers a damaged surfboard on the beach and dreams of becoming a pro surfer. With his father incarcerated for robbery and his mother struggling to provide for his younger sibling, the ocean offers him a much-needed escape. When renowned surfer Sofia Mulanovich notices his talent, she mentors him, opening doors to a brighter future. However, the weight of expectations and the temptations of his environment threaten his progress. After a drive-by shooting leaves him injured outside a nightclub, Jhonny must confront a life-altering decision.
