Vicki Gunvalson heads to Chicago to spend time with her family, seeking approval from her distant mother once again. Meanwhile, Lynne Curtin and her husband, Frank, share an intimate dinner while fretting over some missing wine at home. With their daughter Raquel now behind the wheel, Lynne grows increasingly anxious about her drinking and driving. Gretchen Rossi is devotedly caring for her seriously ill fiancé, Jeff, and finds herself reaching a breaking point emotionally. Encouraged by Simon, Tamra Barney enrolls in an etiquette class and enlists a top chef to create a lavish seven-course meal for the housewives, complete with premium tequila tasting. As the tequila flows, Tamra and Vicki conspire to set Gretchen up for a significant embarrassment.
