Episode Overview

Ambassador Scamp holds a passenger plane hostage, demanding a ransom of $1 million, or he will detonate it. His demands escalate when he then threatens to destroy Big Beaver Dam, insisting on a staggering billion dollars instead. To make matters worse, he insists that Gigantor is the only one who can deliver the money!
