After her altercation with Kandi and Kim, NeNe decides to pull away from the group even more. Meanwhile, Kim and Kandi collaborate to finalize their track "Tardy for the Party" ahead of their shared birthday bash, where Big Papa has a major surprise in store for Kim. Shereé entrusts Dwight with her fashion show while she and Tania travel to New York to review samples for "She by Shereé." Ed confides in Lisa about his aspirations in broadcasting should he not return to the NFL, and Kandi takes the stage for a solo performance for the first time in ages.
