Nicole and Alan embark on a quest to find the perfect site for Greenios, with their realtor organizing an investment meeting to facilitate their plans. Meanwhile, Jeanette decides it's time to leave Leland behind to chase her aspirations. Randi kicks off a new expansion for the restaurant, but he starts to doubt his ability to manage it without Jeanette’s support. Kathleen and Nate barely make it through a chaotic food truck event, but Nate's demeanor is straining their relationship. The real challenge lies ahead as they prepare to inform Colin, Kathleen's son, about their intention to invest their savings into the restaurant.
