Episode Overview

James brings on a PR manager, leaving Jessica feeling frustrated. Upon her return from vacation, Jeanette discovers that the Whispers project is behind schedule and Randi insists she rejoin brunch to finalize the renovations. Meanwhile, Kathleen and Nate have a serious conversation about the future of the restaurant, where Kathleen admits that she doesn’t trust Nate enough to make him a co-owner. In a separate storyline, Nicole and Alan recruit Edwin, a friend from Nicole's Army days, to chef their pop-up event, but tensions flare between Nicole and Chef Edwin on the big day.
