Episode Overview
Following a fierce thunderstorm that hits the city, the townsfolk gather in front of a steel building, where a message has appeared on its side: 'To Underdog, A Rhyme in Time Saves Nine.' Sweet Polly inquires about its meaning at the police station with Flim Flannigan. He reveals that it has Slippery Eel's fingerprints all over it. Not long ago, Eel and Fish attempted to rob an armored car but were thwarted by Underdog and sent to a high-security prison surrounded by an electric fence. Undeterred, Slippery Eel decides to scale the fence when he notices the power seems to be off. However, as he climbs, the guards spot him and activate the electricity. Instead of being incapacitated, Eel becomes 'The Electric Eel' and unleashes electric bursts, allowing him and Fish to break free, swearing revenge on Underdog.
