Episode Overview

In the charming town of Casas Grandes, Pati enjoys a luxurious ride with art curator Mayte Luján in her vintage 1960s Cadillac. Mayte, who runs the cozy bed and breakfast Las Guacamayas, welcomes Pati into her kitchen to whip up a delicious chile con queso served in incredibly soft flour tortillas. Later, Pati visits Gustavo Vázquez’s family farm, where she discovers the rich history behind another delicious product from Chihuahua—pecans, which have been cultivated by Gustavo's family for generations.
