Episode Overview
On Dharma's birthday, unexpected events unfold instead of the surprise Greg had in mind. His parents invite them to a mock foxhunt, where a previously unruly stallion becomes gentle upon meeting Dharma, who affectionately names him "Steve." Groom Joaquin claims the horse has fallen head over hooves for her, and soon, Steve begins to mysteriously appear at their apartment. Meanwhile, Greg's ex, Barbara, returns to collaborate with him on an urgent case but is sidetracked by a plumbing crisis. After helping her, they both fall asleep at her place. When Dharma returns from dropping off Steve at the stables at 3:00 am, she finds Greg missing. Concerned, she calls Pete, who jumps to conclusions, thinking Greg is passed out drunk. As Greg struggles to make it back to celebrate with Dharma, he faces yet another delay at the jeweler.
