Episode Overview

A touring storytelling group that Jacob once belonged to arrives at Abbott Elementary for a day filled with learning and fun. Eager to reminisce about his experiences, Jacob is disheartened to find his coworkers dismissive of the performers as cheesy. In an effort to support him, Janine encourages Jacob to fully embrace his quirky interests. At the same time, Melissa grapples with the challenges of managing her newly merged second and third-grade classroom, trying to adapt to the changes while keeping her students engaged.
