Title: Dutch Deception Plot: In the Netherlands, a wealthy tycoon has enlisted the help of V.E.N.O.M. to acquire a device capable of generating ultra sonic vibrations. His goal is to secure the position of vice president, threatening to obliterate the country's dykes if his wishes are ignored. Initially, he intended this as a mere intimidation tactic, but he underestimates Mayhem's relentless determination, which leaves no room for empty threats.
