In the dazzling world of Gollywood, children struggle to find a safe place to play. They stumble upon an empty lot that has the potential to become a park, but they face a formidable adversary: Hacker. He intends to transform the lot into his new Gollywood Tower, which he claims will provide entertainment throughout Cyberspace. However, his true goal is to corrupt Motherboard's hard drive. The CyberSquad steps up to confront Hacker during a city council meeting. Will they secure their beloved park, or will Hacker charm the council into backing his tower?
