Following his first furious response to Stacey's revelation, Uncle Bryn reluctantly decides to take everyone to Essex to visit the Shipmans. Pam has prepared an impressive feast, and the gathering starts off with great energy. However, Gavin and Stacey soon drop a bombshell that completely disrupts the cheerful atmosphere.
