Episode Overview

Stacey is feeling downcast about her job search, and Pam advises her to socialize more. Meanwhile, Smithy is upset after being dumped by his girlfriend, who left him for a younger guy following Nessa's pregnancy news. To support him, Gavin and Stacey accompany Smithy to Barry for Nessa's scan. Once there, Smithy stays with Bryn, who has transformed his spare room into a gym. Bryn is determined to whip Smithy into shape while he stays with him.
