Episode Overview

As Daylight Saving Time comes to an end in the fall, the Petes seize the opportunity of the extra hour to accomplish something significant. This year, though, Big Pete finds himself swept up in emotions and decides to ask Ellen out officially. To ensure the date goes well, he turns to his rival, "Endless" Mike Hellstrom, for assistance. Mike offers his souped-up Ford Mustang convertible and shares dating tips with Big Pete. When the date takes a turn for the worse, Big Pete must rely on the time warp to mend things with Ellen and preserve their friendship.
