Naples, Italy, is often regarded as the cradle of organized crime. Lou returns to his ancestral homeland with the goal of penetrating one of the most ancient and formidable mafias: the Camorra. With a history spanning at least 300 years, the Camorra was once founded on principles of respect and integrity, yet it has devolved into chaos. Law enforcement estimates that the drug trade in Naples' Secondigliano area alone generates over a billion Euros annually for the Camorra. Arriving amid a fierce inter-clan conflict sweeping across Campania, Lou learns that the new breed of Camorra leaders has abandoned any sense of honor among criminals.
