Frank's life seems to be turning around: Derilee has left her husband and has moved in with him at the Gallaghers, taking on a motherly role for Stella, and work is going smoothly. However, everything changes in an instant when a gunman wreaks havoc on the estate—it's Derilee's husband, Baxter, and he’s aiming for Frank. As the police flood the area, Frank, Derilee, and Stella find themselves held hostage. To complicate matters, Frank's ex-wife Monica makes a surprise return. Meanwhile, Lillian is exploring a new relationship, and Mimi's ongoing conflict with the Blanco family escalates dramatically.
