Sheila enlists Lip to tend to a neighbor's plants while they're on vacation. Unfortunately, the house gets robbed, and Lip ends up in handcuffs thanks to a corrupt officer who frames him. When Frank shows up at the police station, he only complicates things further, making the situation much worse for Lip.
