Frank Gallagher appears to have struck it rich in the lottery, or at least that's what the Chatsworth community believes after Yvonne breaks the news on local television. Frank, however, has never actually purchased a lottery ticket, but he's not about to reveal that, especially with free drinks pouring in. Things take a turn when Liam is kidnapped, and the ransom demand relies on Frank's supposed lottery winnings. Will he come clean when the stakes get higher?
