Episode Overview

Randy "sells" Harry to a circus, where he becomes a hit as "Hargo the Alien." Desperate to locate him, Tommy and Vicki consult a psychic, only to discover she’s already familiar with the Hargo performance and knows Harry's whereabouts. Meanwhile, Harry's absence prevents the aliens from sending their yearly status report, prompting the Big Giant Head to punish Dick for the oversight by gradually shutting down his brain.
