Falafel has become so beloved that it’s almost seen as the city’s national dish, standing alongside traditional meatballs! This inclusive dish caters to various diets and cultures. Inspired by Malmo’s diverse gastronomy, I create a unique blend of falafel and veggie meatballs. In Sweden, meatballs are a staple found everywhere—from nurseries to school canteens, workplaces, and homes—making them a frequent favorite in my own recipe collection.
