Captain Dwayne Hernandez and his partner Suzy Kim visit to conduct a training session for the officers on how to respond to a terrorist threat. As they immerse themselves in the drills, the team grows increasingly paranoid, viewing every situation as a potential exercise. Meanwhile, Weigel finds herself infatuated with Dwayne, while the other men in the department can’t help but admire his homeland security partner.
