Ralph Monroe develops a crush on Hank Kimball but soon realizes he won’t date anyone with a masculine name. Determined to win his affection, she persuades Oliver to help her legally change her name to something more feminine. However, during the court proceedings, Oliver discovers that his law license isn’t valid in the state, forcing him to hit the books once more and prepare for the bar exam.
