Episode Overview

Hooterville is suffering from a severe drought, leaving crops shriveled and dying. In his desperation, Oliver strikes a deal with Haney, promising him $350 if he can help alleviate the situation. Haney then introduces him to Chief Thundercloud, who performs a dance. When the long-awaited rain finally falls, Oliver refuses to hand over the money, insisting that the Chief's dance had nothing to do with the sudden downpour.
