Oliver feels exasperated, especially since his new plow won’t show up before planting season. Uncle Joe proposes a plan that coincidentally works in his favor. He organizes a plowing contest, charging farmers a dollar to participate, and entices them with the promise of free lunch and substantial prizes. Oliver is caught off guard as he watches neighbors driving their tractors towards his farm, ready to join the unexpected event.
