Frustrated with their rundown living conditions, Lisa insists on significant upgrades to their home. In response, Oliver lets go of the Monroe brothers and brings in an architect to create new designs. However, the renovation process comes to a standstill when the Monroes set up a picket line, joined by the well-known Hootervillian, Rutherford B. Skrug.
