Episode Overview

Oliver is once again on his soapbox, passionately addressing his fellow citizens about the recent bill he received for the State Farm Unattached Duty Tax. Confusion reigns in Hooterville, as no one understands what this tax entails. Determined to find answers, Oliver attempts to reach out to his assemblyman, only to discover that Hooterville hasn't had an election since 1922. To address this oversight, he and Lisa head to the state capital in hopes of meeting the governor and finding a solution to their predicament.
