After instructing the Monroe brothers to complete the bedroom renovation, Oliver learns they never obtained a building permit. Furious, he leaves to secure one himself, only to find out that his barn is in Hooterville while his house is in Pixley. Haney, the one who sold them the farm, suggests he could attach a rope to the house and tow it to Hooterville with his truck.
