Episode Overview

Under the pressure of the upcoming season, Oliver starts planting his corn with just a little assistance from Eb. Meanwhile, Lisa, eager to support him as a farm wife, makes some terrible lemonade that Oliver ends up dumping on the ground in frustration. The next morning, he discovers an enormous cornstalk growing from that very spot, stretching up into the sky. At the summit, he encounters the Jolly Green Giant, who joyfully exclaims "Ho, Ho, Ho" while showering Oliver with creamed corn, both canned and by the bucket.
