Episode Overview

In this episode, Kate works to negotiate a settlement between the State of California and Steve Jenks, who was wrongfully imprisoned for 22 years. As she attempts to quantify the emotional and physical toll of his lost years, Steve retreats into a self-imposed emotional prison, avoiding the trauma of his history.
