Episode Overview

As Alex and Charlie head to their first shift back at Hope Zion, they find themselves in the chaos of a shooting. Amidst the turmoil, Alex tends to a bullied teen, grappling with her own feelings about the events of the past year. At the same time, Charlie is surprised to discover he can still see the spirits of patients who have passed away. Additionally, the new Chief of Surgery, Joel, collaborates with Charlie’s ex-wife Dawn to carry out a challenging surgical procedure.
